Who We Are
Our Story
Since the early 2000’s Ron & June Kemper opened their home to feed and teach the youth and young adults of Utah County. Around 2010 they started a youth camp called ELEVATE, and have been instrumental in hundreds of lives around the world.
The pursuit to plant a church didn’t come out of a desire to advance any one person or couple’s platform, but rather out of the aim to see revival come about in Utah. With that in mind, Ron & June’s Bible Study grew into a church, officially opening its doors in January 2020.
We invite you to be part of our ongoing story!

What We Believe
-
We teach that God has spoken with authority through the authors of the Old and New Testament Scriptures to show us His thoughts, intentions, and will for humankind and all that He has created.
2 Tim. 3:16-17 ✧ 2 Pet. 1:21 ✧ 1 Cor. 2:13 ✧ Mark 12:26, 36 ✧ 13:11 ✧ Acts 1:16
-
We teach that God exists in three persons, the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit; and He is worthy of our worship, trust and obedience.
Mark 12:29 ✧ John 1:1-4 ✧ Mat. 28:19,20 ✧ Acts 5:3,4 ✧ 2 Cor. 13:14 ✧ Heb. 1:1-3
-
We teach that Jesus is God, that He was born of a virgin, and lived a sinless life. Through His life and death, He has fulfilled the covenants by which we were condemned according to our transgressions.
Mat. 1:18-25 ✧ John 1:14, 8:40, 58 & 11:33 ✧ Acts 1:9-11 ✧ Rom. 5:8-10 ✧ Col. 1:15-17 ✧ Hebr. 1:8
-
We teach the manifestation of God’s Holy Spirit and encourage the practice of the spiritual gifts He has given to the church. He is our abiding Comforter and Helper and is ever present to testify of Christ.
John 7:38-39 ✧ Acts 1:8 ✧ Rom. 8:9 ✧ Phil. 3:3
-
We teach that the church is the Body of Christ and we (this community of believers) are called by His name. This transcends age, gender, race, geography, and socioeconomic lines.
Mat. 16:18 ✧ Ephes. 2:20-22, 3:6, 4:15-16, 5:22-33 ✧ Hebr. 10:24-25 ✧ Rom. 12:5 ✧ 1 Cor. 12:12–27
-
We teach in the physical resurrection of both the saved and the lost: those who are saved unto the resurrection of life, and those who are lost unto damnation.
Rom 8:23 ✧ Cor. 15 ✧ Psalm 90:3-4 ✧ Rev 20:12-15 ✧ Mat. 25:31-46
We are a Bible-Based, Full Gospel, Spirit-Filled Church.
Pentecostalism is a form of Christianity that emphasizes the work of the Holy Spirit, the presence of God, and the importance of personal experiences with faith rather than just following rituals or doctrines.
Our church is lively and dynamic, leaning into Pentecostal practices such as speaking in tongues and prophetic ministry.
Our Values
Evangelism & Discipleship
We will passionately be the hands and feet of Jesus to those lost, hurt, and rejected. We welcome everyone with open arms into the hope and perfect love of God and strive to be His encouraging voice to the community, expecting that He will take anyone from where they are to where they need to be.
Worship
We believe worship is a personal expression of how much God means to us. It’s the first step toward relationship and the point of connection where God can meet us face-to-face. Everyone can meet God here!
Authenticity
We are real people who strive to be honest and love each other well. We welcome everyone as they are, without expectation. Our actions will speak louder than our words because people are what it’s all about.
Leadership
We want to see a generation grow up in faith and obedience to God. We do not hold on to position, but instead, seek to raise up others. We honor God with our best and serve each other with integrity because we can accomplish more together. We’re all in!
Solid Teaching
We believe in the Bible and that it is the inspired, infallible, and complete word of God. We will remain culturally relevant while also doctrinally pure, remembering that we exist to deliver His gospel.
Fun
We believe in laughing hard, loud, and often; nothing is more fun than serving God with the people you love. We break bread often and enjoy each other’s company always.
